Standard Delivery
- Cost: €4.95 (Free for orders over €100)
- Delivery Time: 1–3 business days
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of confirmation
Bulky Items
For larger items (over 30kg), we ship them on a pallet to ensure they arrive safely. The courier will contact you to arrange delivery, so please provide a contact number.
- Delivery Time: 3–5 business days.
International Delivery
We’re not offering international delivery just yet, but it’s coming in 2025! If you need an item shipped abroad, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to discuss a custom quote.
FAQs
How do I track my order?
We use A Post and DHL for shipping, and you’ll receive a tracking number by email or text once your order is on its way. If you need to change any delivery details, you can contact the carrier directly.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Not necessarily! If you’ve made prior arrangements with the carrier, your delivery can be left at a safe location. For some deliveries, especially those requiring a signature, someone over the age of 18 may need to sign for the package.
