The Weltevree Dutchtub Original is a wood-fired hot tub that combines innovative design with practicality, offering a unique outdoor bathing experience. Weighing approximately 75 kilograms (165 pounds), this lightweight tub is designed for mobility, allowing you to easily position it in your preferred outdoor setting. For added convenience, an optional hand trailer is available to facilitate movement across various terrains.
Crafted from durable polyester and featuring a stainless steel heating coil, the Dutchtub utilizes natural circulation to warm the water efficiently. By lighting a wood fire in the coil's fire basket, cooler water is drawn in, heated, and then flows back into the tub, maintaining a comfortable soaking temperature. This process allows the tub to reach approximately 38 degrees Celsius (100 degrees Fahrenheit) within about two hours.
Designed by Floris Schoonderbeek, the Dutchtub comfortably accommodates up to four people, making it ideal for social gatherings or personal relaxation. Its portability and ease of use enable you to enjoy a luxurious hot tub experience in diverse outdoor locations, from your backyard to remote natural settings.
