Easy Returns – No Hassle, No Stress
For items under 20kg, just follow the steps below. If your item is heavier, no worries! Reach out via our Contact Us page with your order number, and we'll assist you personally.
Returning from the Republic of Ireland?
1. Visit An Post Returns and follow the steps.
2. Select 'Croghan' from the retailer dropdown menu, and don't forget to include your order number for faster processing! Missing your order number could cause a delay, and we'd hate for that to happen.
3. Print your return label or schedule a collection, where An Post will bring the label to you.
4. Once we receive your package, we'll send you a confirmation email. You should receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving your return.
Returning from Northern Ireland?
1. Package your item securely, ideally using the original packaging. If that's not possible, just make sure everything is packed safely to avoid damage.
2. Head to DPD Returns, print your label, and drop your package at a nearby DPD location. You'll have full tracking for peace of mind.
3. Be sure to include your order number to avoid any processing delays.
4. It may take up to 14 days for us to receive your return.
Fast Refunds – We've Got You Covered!
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. This may take up to 14 days, and we'll email you once it's done. Your bank may take a bit longer, but rest assured, it's on its way!
